Cinnamon Rolls and NaKniSweMo

I woke up early this morning to whip up a batch of cinnamon rolls (thank you Adam for the recipe recommendation). My kitchen wasn't quite warm enough, so the dough didn't rise nearly as much as I would have liked, but the rolls still turned out delish. I will definitely be making these again sometime soon...I might even make the dough the night before just to make sure it rises enough. We'll see. Steve loves cinnamon rolls, so I'm pretty sure he won't be too upset at be for bringing them over.
In other foodie news, I bought a cheapie food scale at Target so that I can try my hand at macarons. I've been wanting to make them for a long time. Macarons can be finicky, but I love a challenge, and I'm looking forward to making them. I'm thinking pumpkin or nutella for the filling. We shall see.
